We are seeking an innovative and detail‑oriented R &D Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join our air‑to‑water heat pump development design team in Vacarisses, Spain. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and product innovation. The role will involve activities within the scope of R&D, including: * Conceptualization, specification, and development of new electrical and electronic designs for air‑to‑water heat pump systems. * Follow‑up, validation, and technical approval of prototypes and their electrical/electronic performance in various laboratory environments, in collaboration with our R&D Centre in Aveiro (Portugal). The main areas of responsibility will include: * Electrical design of power distribution, protection devices, wiring harnesses, and connection schemes. * Electronic design and integration of control boards, sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces. * Preparation, review, and validation of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and electronic circuit layouts. * Selection and integration of electrical, electromechanical, and electronic components, ensuring compliance with safety and product performance requirements. * Collaboration with control and embedded system teams to ensure seamless interaction between electrical systems, electronic hardware, and regulation strategies. * Contribution to product specifications from both electrical and electronic perspectives, covering safety, reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
