10+ years’ experience in financial services (front office, capital markets, trading, operations) with a track record in project management and cross-functional product delivery., Deep understanding of crypto, digital assets, DLT, asset servicing, and market/regulatory trends., Analytical, innovative, and results-driven, with excellent communication and collaboration skills., Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning in the digital asset space.
Nice to Have
understanding of enterprise financial technology solutions, governance processes, and large-scale business implementation., Proven experience developing and launching innovative digital products (blockchain, smart contracts, tokenization, wallets, cryptocurrencies) within complex organizations., Skilled in Agile/Scrum environments and product management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence)., Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders., Consulting experience is a plus.
