About the Role: Quote-to-Order Systems Manger at Dragos will serve as a core member of the GTM Business team, owning the Salesforce CPQ platform and driving end-to-end Quote-to-Order (Q2O) process excellence. This role goes beyond standard administration — it requires designing scalable process automation, reducing manual friction across the revenue cycle, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across the quoting and order workflow. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Dragos Salesforce CPQ instance including product bundles, price rules, discount structures, approval workflows, and quote templates. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Q2O processes, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations. Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or issues that occur with existing Salesforce or CPQ functionality. Partner with CPQ stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements — translating business needs into scalable, automated solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate deal velocity.
