What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Renewal Quoting/Quoting experience 3+ years in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support or Order Management, Working cross-functionally with operational teams in quote creation, analytical and organizational attention to detail, dependable with deadlines, multitask, Proficient with Salesforce. com, Quote applications (preferably CPQ), MS Office, and G-suite, Tableau, and Salesforce Reporting
Nice to Have
High-Tech/SaaS industry experience preferred, Bachelor’s in relevant, MBA a plus, understanding of sales processes and methodologies
What You'll Do.

ensure consistent adherence to Zscaler’s strategic goals
and compliance with all corporate policies and procedures
work collaboratively across operational teams to create preparatory draft renewal quotes
ensuring appropriate structure and providing expert guidance with a focus on financial and revenue compliance
Be a Salesforce CPQ SME
with understanding of SKU/quote configuration
SKU migration mapping
and relevant corporate/financial/sales policies
Build and maintain operational relationships across your coverage partner with leadership to drive global best practices across the team
Ensure policy-compliant quoting
including reviewing and granting SKU use-case exceptions only in line with business policy
Resolve quoting issues end-to-end: troubleshoot operational quoting problems
understand contract/subscription data impacts
and escalate for support when needed
UAT new quote processes/system enhancements
