5+ years experience in quotations management, Experience with industrial, construction, and OEM customers, Experience with electrical distribution business

Experience with MMOM model
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage quotation team
Define priorities and assign workloads
Manage quote turnaround expectations
Develop team capability through coaching
Serve as escalation point for quotations
Oversee end-to-end quotation lifecycle
Ensure acknowledgment of all RFPs
Review RFP/RFQ documents
Coordinate with manufacturers and internal resources
Gather pricing and validate availability
Confirm specification alignment
Approve all quotation packages
Ensure quotes are submitted ISOTIF
Evaluate pricing levels
Authorize margin targets
Manage pricing override approval
Perform ongoing margin analysis
Collaborate with Sales and Finance
Establish pricing strategies
Provide reporting on quote performance
Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers
Oversee vendor RFQ processes
Confirm lead times and shipping costs
Negotiate pricing and delivery improvements
Develop standardized quotation workflows
Maintain Quote Log and Bid Calendar
Ensure quotes are documented in ERP/CRM
Partner with operations and document control
Review and improve quotation processes
Support Outside Sales and Key Account Managers
Participate in customer kickoff meetings
Track customer feedback and post-bid results
