Must be based in the Manila area, available to work North American business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST or PST), Must meet Bench’s minimum hardware and internet requirements
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
QuickBooks Online Certification is required (active certification), 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping, auditing, or tax preparation, 1+ years of client service experience, Excellent spoken and written English proficiency, Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online, High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, a proactive approach
Nice to Have
supporting U. S. -based clients, customer service mindset with the ability to explain financial information clearly and empathetically
What You'll Do.
Accurately categorize transactions
and maintain clean ledgers
Identify and resolve discrepancies with care and attention to detail
Conduct monthly financial reviews to ensure every client’s books are accurate and up to date
Serve as the main point of contact for your clients
and clear communication across chat
Build relationships by explaining financial information in a way clients can easily understand
Take initiative to identify and resolve client concerns proactively
Own the client experience from start to finish
ensuring satisfaction and trust

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams using tools like Bench App, Salesforce, and Slack
