What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years logistics, sales, purchasing assistant (MD), or customer management experience, Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Positive, flexible mindset with a strong service orientation, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling), Practical experience in business对接 or logistics management with logistics vendors

Manage vendors and partners
Ensure high-quality service delivery
Oversee and manage transportation partners
Collaborate with companies and vendors
Develop operational strategies
Implement execution plans
Continuously optimize delivery services
Analyze delivery quality data
Train underperforming vendors
Correct vendor operational behavior
Monitor and track vendor capacity
Ensure delivery capacity supports business volume
Conduct on-site inspections of delivery sites
Supervise adherence to standard processes
Supervise adherence to safety regulations
Establish real-time tracking for delivery exceptions
Establish reporting mechanisms for delivery exceptions
Propose short-term solutions for exceptions
Propose long-term solutions for exceptions
Reduce customer complaints
Serve as a single point of contact
Handle contract execution
Handle fee settlement
Coordinate administrative tasks
Support manager-assigned projects
