TS/SCI clearance, Polygraph preferred or must obtain, US Citizenship Required

Must Have

TS/SCI active clearance, CompTIA Security+CE requirement

Nice to Have

Poly preferred or must obtain, 9.1 requirement (ITIL, A+, HDI-CSR, MS 365 cert) or must obtain within 120 days of starting position, Queue Management/Coordination experience

What You'll Do.

Provide support via telephone and/or Internet

Resolve routine issues

Respond to customer inquiries

Take and process transactions

Enter and maintain database records

Prepare and maintain status reports

Act as liaison for customers

Maintain knowledge of company products

Perform vetting of customer requests

Route customer requests to correct department

Assign requests to appropriate technician

Provide administrative support to technicians
