Must Have
High School Diploma or GED required, Understanding of cGMP requirements, Understanding of Good Documentation Practices, Ability to follow written procedures, Ability to work independently, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs
Nice to Have
1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, OTC drug, cosmetic, food, or related regulated manufacturing environment, Experience with material sampling, Experience with GMP documentation, Experience with inventory control, Experience with warehouse operations
What You'll Do.
Collect representative samples of incoming raw materials
Collect representative samples of packaging components
Verify material identity
Verify associated documentation
Utilize proper aseptic techniques
Utilize contamination-control techniques
Label all samples accurately
Document all samples accurately
Put approved material into inventory
Maintain organization of quarantine areas
Maintain cleanliness of quarantine areas
Maintain organization of sampling areas
Maintain cleanliness of sampling areas
Assist with movement of materials
Verify material status labels
Report discrepancies to Quality Assurance
Support inventory reconciliation activities
Complete sampling logs
Complete batch documentation
Complete material inspection records
Complete laboratory submission forms
Maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices
Perform activities in accordance with approved SOPs
Perform activities in accordance with specifications
Perform activities in accordance with cGMP requirements
Follow all company safety policies
