What You'll Do.
Cost estimation – Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on drawings
and project requirements.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation – Measure quantities and compile detailed BOQs for estimations.
Cost control – Monitor ongoing project costs against budget.
Final account preparation – Reconcile all project costs at completion for final settlement.
Valuations & progress payments – Assess contractor claims and certify interim payments.
