What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management, Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite, Excellent analytical and numerical skills, communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Knowledge of local construction practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia is advantageous

Prepare cost estimates and budgets
Review contractor bids and proposals
Monitor project costs and analyze variances
Manage procurement and contract negotiations
Conduct site visits for milestone and cost control
