We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical - Pipeline) to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in Abu Dhabi, UAE * Senior Pipeline QS with expertise in pipeline activities, collaborating closely with Field Engineering, Procurement, Cost Control, Construction, and Contracts teams to manage quantity and cost control workflows. * Skilled in identifying project risks based on contract documents, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring minimal cost and schedule impacts. * Proficient in submitting fortnightly risk reports and mitigation plans aligned with EPC/Contractor performance. * Experienced in developing strategic plans and advising management on cost-controlled solutions for claims raised by contractors, while cross-checking MTOs with AFC drawings to update procurement needs. * Strong knowledge of project design methods, construction monitoring, and lifecycle planning from quantity and material scheduling to coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (piping, mechanical, civil, E&I). * Hands-on experience with tie-ins, pre-shutdown, and shutdown activities, including material requisition packages. * Adept in field change approvals (FCN, DCN), site variations, test pack verifications, and as-built requirements. * Well-versed in Installation Work Packages (IWP) and Workface Planning (WFP) to implement Advanced Work Package (AWP) methodology, ensuring milestone-based execution. * Proficiency in MS excel for controlling the Materials * Ability to reconcile the materials released to sub-contractor. * Proficiency on AutoCAD for readi
