HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated **Quantity Surveyor - LD** to support our line design projects by managing cost estimation, contract administration, and cost control. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our LD projects, contributing to their successful delivery. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities related to line design projects. * Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration for LD scopes. * Monitor project expenditure and cost variations, providing regular financial reports. * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work done. * Process valuations, variations, and interim payment certificates timely and accurately. * Maintain detailed records of all contract documentation and correspondence. * Assist in resolving contractual issues and claims related to LD projects. * Support senior quantity surveyors in managing overall project cost control. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to line design projects. * Good knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and quantity take-offs. * Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. * Experience working in construction projects within Saudi Arabia or similar markets is an advantage. * working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
