Security Clearance (SC), Eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC), British National, Valid UK passport, 5–10 years of continuous UK residency, SOX control responsibilities, Travel when required

Must Have
Experience in cost management, Estimating, Quantity surveying, Contract administration, Background in large-scale infrastructure, Civils projects, Commercial acumen, Ability to work within complex stakeholder environments, Proven experience in quantity surveying, Commercial management within major construction, Understanding of procurement, Contract placement, Post-award management, Experience with NEC contracts, Experience with JCT contracts, Excellent stakeholder engagement, Communication skills
Nice to Have
Awareness of UK Government procurement frameworks (QDC, DSPCR, PCR), Professional qualification (RICS, CICES, CIPS), Working towards professional qualification, Proficiency in cost management software, Experience in bid writing, Experience in evaluation techniques
