Must Have

Extensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, Proven track record within the mechanical & electrical building services industries, Bachelor’s degree Level in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline, Comprehensive understanding of tendering & construction process

What You'll Do.

Prepare and track internal and external costs

Lead the development of the Project Procurement Plan

Manage and coordinate the monthly CVR process

Lead the tendering and appointment of specialist trades

and manage the Variation Account

Manage and coordinate the monthly Application for Payment process

Review and critique all incoming Pay Less Notices

Identify and manage commercial risks

Lead the financial assessment of the supply chain

Provide regular internal updates

Arrange and chair Commercial Progress Meetings

Capture and document Post-Project Financial Reviews
