Experience with Rust is beneficial, Interest in trading systems, financial markets, or market microstructure, Familiarity with concepts such as limit order books, pricing, or real-time systems is beneficial

Contribute to the development of low-latency trading systems in Rust

supporting live strategy execution

Build tools and infrastructure to support research

including analytics and optimisation workflows

Support the deployment

and performance of trading systems in production

Investigate and resolve issues in real time

contributing to the stability and reliability of live trading

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with traders, researchers, and engineers to implement and improve trading strategies
