3+ years of hands-on experience in research or data analytics, at least 2 years focused specifically on the Qualtrics EX platform (Including survey configuration, reporting and platform administration), Deep knowledge of Qualtrics' advanced features (e.g., JavaScript in surveys, complex Survey Flow, API integrations), foundation in statistics, experience using analytical tools (Qualtrics Stats iQ), Fluent English
Nice to Have
Qualtrics Core XM or EX Certification is a significant advantage, Experience working with survey based measurements/ active listening programmes is highly desirable
