Quality Workplace Coach **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for **Quality Workplace Coaches (QWPC)** to support the**767 and 777** teams onsite in **Everett, Washington** on 2nd shift. We are currently hiring for a range of experience levels, including Experienced and Senior Quality Workplace Coaches. If you’re energized by collaboration, motivated by improvement, and ready to inspire confidence in others, this is your chance to join a team that lives by the motto: “We Make People Awesome.” This role is also designed with work-life balance in mind, offering a **Monday through Friday schedule with no overtime** , so you can bring your best to work while still having time to recharge outside of it. **Position Responsibilities:** * Coach quality inspectors on inspection techniques, standards adherence, and performance improvement * Provide expert guidance in aircraft quality, manufacturing processes, and assembly practices * Support hands-on learning through Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT) * Offer subject matter expertise in inspection methods, defect identification, workmanship standards, and NCR processes * Reinforce expectations for accurate documentation, precise tag writing, and sound quality decision-making * Analyze and interpret quality and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities * Partner with Quality managers and team leads to develop skill-building plans and targeted coaching strategies * Help communica
