Must Have
Ability to foster a common vision, Ability to understand complex business issues, Ability to comprehend regulatory requirements, Proficient in computer skills - Excel, Word, and Outlook and SAP, Above average math and reasoning skills, Ability to perform applicable test requirements using the following equipment: micrometer, dial indicator, calipers, and OD tapes, Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, Ability to read and write the English language, High School diploma/GED

Some manufacturing experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Engage in facility problem solving
Address daily quality concerns
Troubleshoot manufacturing problems
Work closely with operation teams
Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration
Ensure non-conforming product is identified
Examine material or product for surface defects
Verify specified dimensions of product

Works with Operations and Quality personnel; Work closely with operation teams
