Collect samples from injection molding machine
Collect samples from secondary process
Collect samples from print line
Perform attribute testing
Perform dimensional testing
Perform functional testing
Notify Shift Supervisor of non-conformances
Monitor active concerns
Elevate issue to Management chain
Notify Quality Assurance Manager of defects
Identify non-conforming product
Perform in-process attribute verifications
Perform document checks
Record Quality Monitor results
Perform first shot verifications
Document first shot results
Assist with LDR verifications
Notify Quality Assurance Manager of equipment deficiencies
Maintain safe working environment
Ensure quality standards maintained
Ensure housekeeping standards maintained
Ensure smooth transition between shifts
Communicate ongoing concerns
Perform other duties as assigned
