Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, Demonstrated ability to use various inspection and measurement tools accurately, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, Effective written and verbal communication skills, Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering), experience in electronics, medical devices, or a similar industry, Good understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485), Good understanding of quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams)
