What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School/GED required, 1-2 Years of related manufacturing experience and the ability to perform the essential functions required, 1-2 Years electrical control panel experience required, Ability to read electrical blueprints required, Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
What You'll Do.
Assist/support quality initiatives by ensuring the product meets customer's requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of its manufacturing process
Conduct relevant and where necessary
communicate and take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues
Report quality issues data within the Integrated Management System
Conduct MiTek assembly inspections with I-Auditor or other formats
and thorough independent final inspection of finished assemblies to defined procedures
and communicating all defects
Responsible for checking
and filing correct inspection records
Supply technical support in the areas of machine work operation sub-inspection
and production line Quality support activities
Inspect and auditing of all components and all stages of the manufacturing processes
Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise proper corrective action paperwork
to ensure issues are addressed and resolved promptly
Ensure compliance and aid with adherence to the development of an Integrated Management System (IMS)
