What You'll Do.
Verify data from MES system
Identify top three problems
Collaborate with team to find root causes of problems
Monitor key performance indicators
Monitor control charts
Ensure adherence to process instructions
Conduct audits/line walks
Ensure quality of manufactured products
Report on production line status
Report on completed analyses
Report on conducted research of major problems
Conduct visual product inspection
Collect data from testers for first product
Compare first product data against norms
Identify and analyze suitability of components in MRB zone
Assist SQE with component and material quality issues
Collect data on non-conforming components
Send emails to SQE engineer regarding non-conforming components
Conduct product testing using Gauge R&R method
Ensure inspectors have appropriate skills for quality product verification
Control implementation of ECN (component change on product)
Verify equipment parameters
and materials were replaced according to ECN
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with group leader, mechanic, test technician, and diagnostician to find root causes of problems; Assist SQE in component and material quality matters; Collaborate with inspectors on Gauge R&R testing
