Verification of data from the MES system
Identification of the three largest problems
Root cause analysis of problems
Monitoring key performance indicators
Monitoring control charts
Ensuring adherence to documented processes
Conducting audits/line walks
Reporting on production line status
Reporting on conducted analyses
Reporting on conducted research of major problems
FAI – conducting visual product inspection
Collecting data from testers for the first product
Comparing first product data against norms
Identification and analysis of component suitability in the MRB zone
Assisting SQE with component and material quality issues
Collecting data on non-conforming components
Sending emails to SQE engineer regarding non-conforming components
Conducting Gauge R&R testing
Ensuring inspectors have appropriate skills for quality product verification
Controlling ECN implementation
Verifying equipment parameters
and materials are replaced according to ECN
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working with a team (group leader, mechanic, test technician, diagnostician) to find root causes of problems; Assisting SQE in component and material quality matters; Ensuring inspectors on the line have appropriate skills for quality product verification
Communication Scope
Reporting on status and findings; Sending emails
