Job Summary:** The Quality Technician at Jabil, Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products through inspection, testing, and meticulous documentation. This position supports manufacturing operations by identifying and resolving quality issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding Jabil's commitment to excellence. Job Responsibilities:** * Perform in-process and final inspections of products, components, and assemblies according to established specifications, drawings, and quality standards. * Conduct various tests using appropriate measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparators) to verify product conformity. * Identify and document non-conforming materials or products, initiate corrective actions, and assist in the investigation of root causes. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality concerns and implement preventative measures. * Participate in the calibration and maintenance of inspection and test equipment. * Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans. * Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. * Contribute to continuous improvement activities and lean manufacturing initia
