2+ years’ experience as Quality Inspector, 1+ years’ experience reading Engineering Drawings, 1+ years’ experience using hand measuring tools
Nice to Have
Familiar with FAI forms to AS9102, Certified inspector to IPC-610, Certified inspector to IPC-620, Familiar with Metrologic inspection software, Familiar with PCDMIS inspection software, Familiar with automated inspection equipment, Familiar with Romer arms, Familiar with comparators, Familiar with CMMs, Familiar with metrology software, Comfortable reading sampling tables
What You'll Do.
Conduct inspections of components

Utilize advanced testing equipment
Perform dimensional inspection
Perform visual inspection

Maintain accurate records
Prepare detailed reports
Identify non-conforming products

Utilize SOP Work Instruction
Complete in process inspections
Collaborate with engineering
Collaborate with production
Address quality concerns
Implement preventive measures
Provide training to personnel
Provide guidance to personnel
Perform FAIs to AS9102
Inspect rework activities
Buy off rework activities
Inspect repair activities
Buy off repair activities
Investigate hardware for defects
Create nonconformance reports
Perform In-Process inspections
