The primary role of the Quality Technician will be to interpret, comply with and improve MCG’s quality assurance standards. Essential to this responsibility will be the requirement to ensure quality assurance activities are documented, internal reporting processes adhered to, and regular audits implemented. The Quality Technician will identify any training needs and ensure the company-wide participation in the quality management system. Responsibilities: The following list of responsibilities is not all inclusive, additional projects and/or tasks may be assigned to meet operational needs. MCG retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position should operational needs warrant. * Plan, execute, and document inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables. * Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels for performance, corporate social responsibility, environmental, health, and safety goals and key performance indicators. * Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. * Monitor risk-
