Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, Must be a 'US Person' as defined by 22 C. F. R. § 120. 15, 100% onsite, Required to work onsite in Everett, WA

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience data mining, processing, and analysis, 3+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, 3+ years of experience in project and/or program management, 3+ years of experience with root cause/corrective action and Problem-Solving methods, 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership, 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Nice to Have

3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience developing & supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle, Experience using LEAN manufacturingPSM techniques for process improvement, Experience in manufacturing or factory support environment, Experience in Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA), Knowledge of Aerospace Standards (such as AS9100)

What You'll Do.

Identify root cause of complex problems

Develop and implement preventive or corrective actions

Compile and analyze performance reports

Analyze process control statistics

Identify projects and processes improvement implementations

and maintain project plans

Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings

Communicate project status

Coordinate ongoing projects

Perform project management activities

Develop company directives

procedures and metrics

Assist senior management on preparation for third party audits

Implement identified solutions

Contribute to the development of new processes and standards

Implement solutions for corrective action solutions

Collaborate within cross-functional teams; Build partnerships with senior leaders; Participates with stakeholders in analysis of process data; Facilitates cross-functional stakeholder meetings; Coordinates ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between cross functional teams; Participates in multi-function, multi-site teams; working collaboratively to implement identified solutions
