Quality Systems Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is hiring for a **Career (Level 3) or Expert (Level 4) Quality Systems Specialists** to join the **BCA Quality Core Team** to support the **Compliance and Process Team** in **Everett, WA**. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us strengthen our Quality Management System across BCA. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and creative thinking skills, utilizing data and analytics to make well-informed decisions. Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams and the ability to build partnerships with senior leaders is essential. A solid background in program and/or project management, along with a comprehensive understanding of LEAN principles and root cause corrective action, is required. Key responsibilities will include monitoring program or project status, elevating barriers and implementing recovery efforts as needed. The candidate should have a good grasp of processes, rules, and regulations, and exhibit adaptability to changes in tasks, work environment, and organizational structures. **Position Responsibilities:** * Participates with stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions * Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability * Leads efforts to identify projects and processes improvement implementations * Prepares, analyzes, coordinates, assigns, integrates, and maintains project plans and initiatives * Facilitates cross-functional stakeholder meetings, communicating project status, potential risks identified and recovery plans to leadership * Coordinates ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between cross functional teams * Performs project management activities in accordance with accept
