Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related degree, At least 2 years of experience in a Quality role within the Healthcare industry, Fluent in English (both verbal and written), Project management Skills, Ability to work virtually with all parts of the region, Capacity to serve as an independent compliance decision-maker
What You'll Do.
Coordinate CAPA Board meetings
Guide CAPA owners through key phases
Verify process steps completed
Prepare data on CAPA process performance
Support internal and external audits
Manage business-related activities
Provide oversight for quality programs
Ensure compliance with policies
Provide expertise in interpreting regulations
Perform ongoing process analysis
Lead audit and inspection readiness
Manage resolution of findings
Liaise with auditors and inspectors
Prepare and maintain reports
Coordinate legal and compliance requests
Promote consistent quality standards globally
Support maintenance of quality assurance programs
Enable best practice sharing
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with CAPA owners across regions; Work with CAPA Boards across the Americas, EurAsia, and Operations; Provide visibility and collaboration across multiple operating units; Partner with operating entities
Communication Scope
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
