What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems, 3+ years of experience building relationships with customers, program offices, subcontractors, and product organizations, 3+ years of experience in aerospace production and maintenance, 3+ years of experience creating, improving, and analyzing metrics and data, 3+ years utilizing root cause analysis to determine appropriate corrective action, Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Experience in outlining requirements with customers, Experience developing project plans for completion of work scope between multiple customers and resources, Experience developing and presenting presentations, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or experience auditing to AS9100, Tableau and/or PowerBI experience
