Must Have
5+ years related quality supervisory experience, Post-secondary education related to quality management, Ability to work independently in a busy environment, Experience with routine maintenance operations, Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills, Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, Able to work well under pressure, attention to detail, Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times, Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, web browser, email, etc.
What You'll Do.
Manage quality inspectors and leads
Oversee direct examination of products
Ensure quality standards and procedures are met
Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance policies
Support and direct Quality Inspectors and Leads
Identify and ensure NCR reports are followed up
Perform internal QA audits
Support and report data information to management
Assist with maintenance of QA monitoring programs
Support new product development
Integrate quality control tools into processes
Promote and advocate quality achievement
Ensure ongoing compliance with standards
Adopt and incorporate quality methods
Ensure accuracy and completion of tasks
Oversee and/or implement corrective actions
Maintain working knowledge of changes
Perform duties in accordance with safety program
