Must Have
3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment, Working knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Systems and standards, Working knowledge of manufacturing batch records, Experienced in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), writing validation reports (IQ/OQ/PQ), Represent the organization to customers on quality issues, handle and resolve customer complaints and SCARs, Automation equipment troubleshooting, electro-mechanical engineering experience/knowledge, Troubleshooting, diagnostics, Solid knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, Control Plans, Excel, Prior leadership experience
Nice to Have
the ability to train others, advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills, customer (external and internal) relationship skills
What You'll Do.
Develops and initiates standards for inspection
Develops and initiates methods for testing
Develops and initiates methods for evaluation
Devises sampling procedures
Designs forms for recording quality data
Develops procedures for disposition of discrepant material
Assesses cost and responsibility for defects
Directs workers in measuring product
Directs workers in testing product
Compiles training material
Conducts training sessions on quality control

Represent the organization to customers on quality issues; handle and resolve customer complaints and SCARs; Demonstrate advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills; Demonstrate customer (external and internal) relationship skills
