What You'll Do.
Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process
Inspect to verify non-conforming parts
Partner with Site Supplier Quality Engineering Organization
Support Supplier Quality Control
Assist in the root cause analysis
Assist in the dispositioning of non-conforming material
Manage internal re-work
Ensure data collection and entry is accurate
Communicate process performance and quality issues
Execute vendor return material authorization (RMA)
Perform Verification of First Article Inspection (FAI)
Coordinate acceptance of FAI data
Manage quality containment process
Create inspection plans
Train technicians and inspectors
Propose quality assurance policies
Develop quality assurance policies

ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Product Quality Team in Santa Ana. This Quality Specialist is a professional who is responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve the incoming inspection process to meet quality standards. They are a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment. They will partner across the organization and help prioritize process and product quality issues that impact the effectiveness of the incoming materials inspection process as well as provide support for end of line supplier inspection.
