Associate degree or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in metrology inspection or quality role, Experience with production support and quality management, Proficiency with ERP/MES software, Proficiency with inspection data management software, Experience with Calibrated equipment

What You'll Do.

Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process

Inspect to verify non-conforming parts

Partner with Site Supplier Quality Engineering Organization

Support Supplier Quality Control

Assist in the root cause analysis

Assist in the dispositioning of non-conforming material

Manage internal re-work

Ensure data collection and entry is accurate

Communicate process performance and quality issues

Execute vendor return material authorization (RMA)

Perform Verification of First Article Inspection (FAI)

Coordinate acceptance of FAI data

Manage quality containment process

Create inspection plans

Train technicians and inspectors

Propose quality assurance policies

Develop quality assurance policies

Implement quality assurance policies

Review quality assurance policies

Propose continuous improvement projects

Deep dive into data investigations

Deep dive into traceability investigations
