If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **Job Description** **Summary:** The “Quality Senior Staff Engineer” will be based in **Flex North,** reporting to the **Quality Director.** Develops, implements, and leads the **Design Quality Assurance program** to prevent defects in new and existing products. **Responsibilities:** * Collects and analyzes data on **business conditions, production capabilities, and product design** to support management decisions. * Proposes and evaluates **solutions to technical problems and process improvements**. * Supports management in defining **policies, procedures, and quality goals**. * Develops and maintains the **Design Quality Assurance program** , including controls and procedures. * Leads and participates in **cross-functional meetings** to align quality processes and objectives. * Interfaces with **customers on quality issues and improvement initiatives**. * Manages **customer, internal, and regulatory audits**. * Reviews technical issues and recommends **corrective actions and process improvements**. * Leads the **Design Corrective Action process (CAPA)**. * Collaborates with **suppliers and engineering teams** to ensure product quality and resolve issues. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. * 5 years of experience in **quality systems or related areas**. * Experience in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Telecom industries. * Strong **technical, functional, and leadership skills** , including customer management. * Deep knowledge of **quality processes and cross-functional impact across
