Must Have
3–6 years of experience in quality or compliance within dietary supplements, food, beverage, consumer health, or a related CPG category, Ownership Mindset, Execution Excellence, Non-technical Communication, Vendor & Partner Management, Bias for Action, Adaptability
Nice to Have
Gummy manufaturing experience is a major asset, Experience with Eurofins, NSF Cert for Sport testing, and other supplement certifications
What You'll Do.
Manage all quality systems
Own day-to-day coordination of the NSF Certified for Sport program
Coordinate required testing
Maintain certification timelines
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
Establish and manage change control
Own all quality documentation
Support investigation and resolution of out-of-specification results
Track corrective and preventive actions through completion
Serve as a key point of contact for quality-related follow-ups
Partner closely with Operations
Support production readiness
Manage ongoing stability (shelf life) testing protocols
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
coordinating across internal teams, contract manufacturers, labs, and certification bodies; partner closely with our manufacturing network; Coordinate required testing, sample submissions, documentation, and follow-ups with NSF, internal teams, labs, and co-manufacturers; Partner closely with Operations, R&D, and Regulatory; Help maintain strong, organized communication across vendors and internal stakeholders
Communication Scope
Non-technical Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical quality concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

NSF Certified for Sport Program Management, QMS and Testing Program Management, OOS, CAPA, and Issue Resolution, Testing & External Partnerships, Stability Testing
