The Leo Quality team is seeking an Quality Program Engineer to develop and implement performance metrics systems that provide operational visibility and guide decision-making across PCBA and General receiving inspection. The successful candidate will analyze end-to-end material flow to identify constraints, lead workspace and station improvements, and drive complex quality and process issues to measurable closure — ensuring receiving operations meet production rate demands efficiently and at the required quality standard. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities - Develop and implement metrics and reporting mechanisms that provide operational visibility and guide team decision-making for PCBA and General receiving inspection - Support the mapping and analysis of receiving process flows to identify constraints, eliminate waste, and optimize throughput across inspection operations - Lead technical deep dives to resolve receiving blockers related to documentation, test requirements, and process gaps (driving issues to measurable closure) - Lead receiving workspace and station layout improvements to enhance flow, capacity, and inspector efficiency - Develop and maintain quality performance dashboards and reporting systems that track capacity, quality yield, and receipt rates against production targets - Apply
