Quality Production Specialist (Quality Production Spclst-General) **Company:** Boeing Aerospace Operations **Boeing Global Services (BGS)** is seeking a **Quality Assurance Representative** to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services. **Position Responsibilities:** * Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance. * Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform * Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures * Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems * Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements * Documents audit results in standard formats * Works under general supervision **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 3+ years of experience in aircraft modifications * 3+ years rotary wing experience * 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR) * Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * Technical data experience * DCMA INST 8210.1C experience * AS9100 Revision D experience * Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined
