What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles, with involvement in quality management., Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail., Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team., Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies, Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant certifications (e. g. , Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100).

Nice to Have

Experience with software quality testing, Experience in the software space for quicker understanding of terminology and shorter onboarding time

What You'll Do.

Configuring and testing blueprints (processes) leveraging AI to ensure industry-leading best practices are followed.

Develop and maintain test plans for new/existing features to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing strategies.

Create comprehensive test plans for supply chain and manufacturing solutions software to ensure the product meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.

Train and mentor the development and product team on best quality management practices to improve the quality of our application.

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to co-build

and address technical challenges.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Take ownership of projects and initiatives

working independently to achieve goals.

Show a interest in systems thinking and process optimization.
