What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum three years' experience in social care leadership, Experience supporting services through inspections, Experience developing improvement plans, Experience undertaking investigations, Experience reviewing incidents, Experience analysing quality information, Experience working with electronic care planning systems, Experience working with electronic medication management systems, Experience using incident management systems, Digital literacy, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Full UK driving licence
Nice to Have
