What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Nice to Have
Demonstrated leadership & Management experience, Knowledgeable / experienced in AS9100 / ISO 9001 Quality systems, Working knowledge/ proficiency in Quality tools, Experienced in root cause corrective action, PW Quality system experience, Practical DMAIC, CORE, Six Sigma experience or other Lean Systems experience

Operate Quality team to achieve business goals
Drive culture of compliance
Lead build out and proficiency development of Quality
Obtain necessary resources effectively
Oversee allocation of resources to meet customer demand
Lead Process Improvement opportunities
Decrease process cycle time
Reduce operational costs
Provide technical expertise of non-conforming material
Support communication and processing of quality notifications
Collaborate with operations and materials teams
Define and implement plans to support business objectives
Provide effective communication to ensure alignment
