Must Have
Relevant qualification in quality, business, education, health or related field, or equivalent experience, Experience supporting quality frameworks, assurance systems or continuous improvement within complex service environments, Capability coordinating quality audits, preparing documentation, reviewing records and assisting with clear, concise reporting, Create accurate process maps, SOPs, guides and templates that support consistent, student-focused practice, Understand case management or Academic Adjustment Plan processes, and apply this knowledge to support compliance and consistency, Use data to identify trends and issues, contributing to evidence-based recommendations and improvements

Coordinate development

Establish and run quality audit schedules
Prepare for quality audits
Collect data for audits
Check records for audits
Document audit findings for review
update and organise SOPs
