5 years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans, 5 years of experience leading process improvement activities that delivered measurable business results, Experience working and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives, at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership
Nice to Have
High School diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience with workload management, 5 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal role, Experience working directly with internal and external suppliers, Prior military related experience, A&P license
