3+ years of hands-on experience with precision mechanical parts inspection, ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and industry/commodity standards, Proficient in GD&T and validating dimensions (tolerances ≥. 005”) using hand tools (e. g. , micrometers, calipers, height gauges), Ability to adapt to new technology and software, Excellent visual acuity to detect defects in complex products, Must be willing to undergo a background check, Must be ITAR compliant
