Quality Manager - Product & Services **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a **KC-46 Product & Services Quality Manager** **(K-Level)** within the Mobility and Surveillance organization directly supporting our Boom Shop in**Everett, WA!** **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations * Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance * Provides education and coaching on the Quality System * May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies * Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, government agencies, and direct reports * Manages employees who are union and non-union representative * Manages, develops and motivates employees ** _Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment_** : To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration. **_Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):_** * Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership." * More than 5 years of aerospace manufacturing * More than 3 years of experience leading and influencing people in a Quality organization ** _Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):_** * Active U.S Security Clearance * Bachelor’s degree or higher ** _Shift:_** This position is for 2nd s
