What You'll Do.
Become a subject matter expert for AMZL and
Conduct root cause analysis
Define corrective actions
Ensure corrective actions are completed
Dive deep on executive escalations
Develop understanding of customer needs and pain points
Present to senior management
Build relationships with stakeholders
Evaluate business priorities
Define shared opportunities and requirements
Establish information sharing mechanisms
Define innovative solutions for customers
Influence with and without authority
Deliver end-to-end continuous improvement programs
projects and initiatives
Develop and produce metrics and reports
Conduct auditing activities in delivery stations
Ensure process implementation
Review previous day's performance across all metrics
Identify bottom-performing stations
Conduct virtual or in-person station visits
Join cluster DBR to present insights
Collaborate on problem solving / defect reduction
Document findings and action items tracker
Raise SIM tickets to Trans SME (NOC)
Share observations/AIs with stakeholders
Conduct week-over-week trend analysis
Set priorities with COM leadership
Present success stories
Provide bridges/PTG for misses
Conduct mid-week checkpoint on action plan progress
Collaborate with ACES Program Manager on performance analysis
Conduct week closeout review
Prepare weekly quality summary
Ride along with delivery associate
Debrief to understand feedbacks
Identify improvement opportunities
Conduct comprehensive quality business review
Assess training needs
Coordinate with LM ACES Program teams
Conduct best practice sharing sessions
Execute new programs/product launches
Connect with business coach and city managers
Identify channel level opportunities
Maintain regular touchpoints with COM
Ensure proposals and recommendations are concise
Resolve station-level issues
Escalate COM-level systemic issues
Escalate Zone-level or cross-COM issues
Create SIM ticket for technical/system issues
