What You'll Do.
Become a subject matter expert for AMZL and
Conduct root cause analysis
Define corrective actions
Ensure corrective actions are completed
Dive deep on executive escalations
Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and
Present to senior management
Build relationships with stakeholders
Understand and evaluate business priorities
Define shared opportunities and requirements
Establish information sharing mechanisms
Define innovative solutions for customers
Execute innovative solutions for customers
Deliver end-to-end continuous improvement programs
projects and initiatives
Develop metrics and reports leading to performance improvement
Produce metrics and reports leading to performance improvement
Lead Kaizens or auditing activities in delivery stations
Ensure process implementation
Review previous day's performance across all metrics for
Identify bottom-performing stations requiring immediate attention
Conduct virtual or in-person station visits
Join cluster DBR to present insights
Collaborate on problem solving / defect reduction
Document findings and action items tracker with clear
Raise SIM tickets to Trans SME (NOC) for
Conduct station audits
Share observations/AIs with stakeholders
Perform week-over-week trend analysis
Set priorities with COM leadership
Present success stories
Present bridges/PTG for misses
Conduct mid-week checkpoint on action plan progress
Collaborate with respective ACES Program Manager on performance
Perform week closeout review
Prepare weekly quality summary for Zonal QM
Ride along with delivery associate
Debrief to understand feedbacks
Identify improvement opportunities
Conduct comprehensive quality business review with COM and
Assess training needs
Coordinate training needs with LM ACES Program teams
Facilitate best practice sharing sessions across COMs within
Execute new programs/product launches
Connect with business coach and city managers
Identify channel level opportunities
Maintain regular touchpoints with COM
Ensure all proposals and recommendations are concise with
Directly resolve station-level issues with Station Leader
Escalate COM-level systemic issues to COM with proposed
Escalate Zone-level or cross-COM issues to Zonal QM
Create SIM ticket with Trans SME (NOC) for
Close loop on technical/system issues
Monitor and improve critical performance metrics
Identify operational process gaps
Drive improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Deploy Quality Associates to hotspot sites
Collaborate directly with operations teams to address quality
Implement corrective measures
Perform systematic auditing
Track performance via specialized dashboards
Refine processes continuously
