Experience building QA processes or evaluation systems — rubrics, checklists, quality standards, Experience managing a team of reviewers / contractors: setting tasks, calibration, quality control, Strong analytics: ability to build metrics, find patterns, and draw conclusions from data, English at Upper Intermediate level or higher
Nice to Have
Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or subscription-based product, Work with AI tools for video or text analysis, Calibration or setup of AI models for content evaluation
What You'll Do.
Rebuild the quality function for the Supply department
Develop a Quality Assurance Framework — unified standards for a 'quality lesson' for Math and Reading
Build different types of checks: quick (Probation)
and separate for problematic cases (Risk)
Launch AI-driven analysis of lesson video recordings — setup
Manage a team of contractors and ensure their evaluations are consistent
Find correlations between lesson quality and real business metrics: churn
Build a feedback loop — so that quality data influences hiring decisions
Build a system that works today and scales well at 3x scale
Grow from Specialist to a full-fledged Tutor Quality Lead with own function and team

Що потрібно зробити: - Розробити Quality Assurance Framework — єдині стандарти "якісного уроку" для Math і Reading - Побудувати різні типи перевірок: швидка (Probation), глибока (Active), і окрема для проблемних кейсів (Risk) - Запустити AI-перевірку відеозаписів уроків — налаштувати, навчити, калібрувати - Управляти командою контракторів і зробити так, щоб їх оцінки були консистентними - Знайти кореляції між якістю уроків і реальними бізнес-метриками: churn, retention, рейтинг тютора - Побудувати feedback loop — щоб дані про якість впливали на те, кого ми наймаємо Ключов
