As a member of the plant team you are responsible for the management of all QA and QC activities at the site. _**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:**_ * Provide leadership for quality management systems to ensure systems are effective and aligned with all customer expectations, corporate requirements, industry specific standards, regulatory and statutory requirements, covering product concept, through customer order, to product delivery. * Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance (SQF, HACCP, FSMA, GMP and environmental monitoring). * Correct unsafe acts/conditions, facilitate safety meetings, perform safety inspections, and investigate accidents as required. * Establish built-in quality control plans, develop control strategies to make sure product achieves quality targets and apply error-proofing techniques. * Provide coaching and/or facilitat
